This is an Introduction to Meditation course. This course aims to help demystify meditation and simplify it to help you succeed in beginning a regular practice. In this course, you will learn and practice 5 different types of Meditations. You will also receive resources for similar meditations to continue to build your practice.

We all hear about the importance of self-care, but where do you start? In this course, you will learn how to create and maintain a practical, simple, daily self-care practice (even if you are really, really busy). You will learn about how self-care is not selfish at all, but in fact, a necessity to live a more balanced, joy-filled life. You will get clear on the blocks that get in the way of you showing up for yourself, a little bit, each and every day. And you will get structure and tips on how to develop your own unique practice that is so practical and easy to accomplish on a daily basis. You will learn and experience how consistency is fundamental. All you need is 5 minutes a day!

In this 75-minute 1-to-1, we will uncover subconscious programming that is keeping you from living with more joy, purpose and abundance. After we uncover it, I will support you while the programming is shifted on the subconscious level.
